Nick Harden opened Big Nick's in 2015 with a simple vision: bold Southern food and a place where Valdosta could gather. Every guest walks in as a stranger and leaves as family.
Made Fresh, Every Single Day
Lemon pepper wings with a cult following, a dirty stuffed turkey leg loaded with shrimp, shrimp and grits, half-slab rib dinners — made fresh daily, no shortcuts.
More Than a Restaurant
After the plates clear, Big Nick's shifts gears — live music, Comedy Corner, Sip & Paint, and weekly Family Karaoke with Big El from HOT 102.7. Bar open until 1 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
Rooted in This Community
Feed the City, Toyz N Da Hood, Red Cross relief — giving back is baked into the DNA. Nick Harden serves on City Council and holds an Honorary Commander post with the 23rd Wing at Moody AFB.
A Decade Strong
Ten years in and still growing — catering, a food truck, an event space for 100 guests, and a following that spans Valdosta families, VSU Blazers, and everyone in between.
