Soul Food for a Cause | Big Nicks Juke Joint

Big Nick's Juke Joint & Soul Food is proud to support local schools, churches, sports teams, youth organizations, nonprofits, clubs, and community groups through our Soul Food for a Cause Tuesday Give-Back Nights. Approved organizations invite their supporters to dine with us on a designated Tuesday, and Big Nick's donates 10% of qualifying fundraiser sales back to the organization.

• Give-Back Nights are offered on Tuesdays only. • One approved organization is scheduled per Tuesday. • Big Nick's donates 10% of qualifying fundraiser sales to the participating organization. • Guests must identify the organization when ordering or present the organization's approved flyer or fundraiser code for the purchase to count. • Each organization may host one Give-Back Night every six (6) months. • Organizations are responsible for actively promoting their event to members, families, friends, and supporters. • Events must be requested and approved in advance.

The 10% give-back is calculated from verified qualifying fundraiser sales. Sales tax, gratuities, service charges, delivery fees, refunds, gift-card purchases, and other excluded items are not included. Catering orders, banquet-room events, concessions, third-party delivery orders, and other special orders are excluded unless approved in advance by Big Nick's.

After the event, Big Nick's will verify qualifying fundraiser sales and calculate the 10% donation. Fundraiser proceeds will normally be issued to the approved organization within 7-14 business days.

• Promote the event before the scheduled Tuesday using the approved Big Nick's fundraiser flyer or digital graphic. • Encourage supporters to identify the organization when placing their order. • Provide accurate organization and contact information. • Avoid soliciting customers inside the restaurant unless prior approval has been given. • Understand that Big Nick's does not guarantee a minimum attendance, sales amount, or donation.
